Connect your AI through MCP or install the WordPress plugin. With either option, you choose the information Heloow can use.

Your AI needs authorized access to the installation environment, Node.js 22 or later, and permission to configure the connector. MCP provides guidance and the minimal package; changes to your website depend on the available tools and your approval.

Download the plugin, upload the ZIP through the WordPress dashboard and connect your Heloow account. Choose the authorized pages and, if you use WooCommerce, allow queries about the authenticated customer’s own orders.

Heloow monthly fee does not include AI usage. If you use your own key, your provider bills you directly for that usage.

No. You choose the public information available. Account data can only enter after the website itself confirms the person's identity and access permissions.
