What do I need to install it?
Your AI needs authorized access to the installation environment, Node.js 22 or later, and permission to configure the connector. MCP provides guidance and the minimal package; changes to your website depend on the available tools and your approval.

With a plugin.
Install the plugin from the official WordPress directory and connect your Heloow account. Choose the authorized pages and, if you use WooCommerce, allow queries about the authenticated customer’s own orders.

How to install on WordPress?
In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin, search for Heloow, then click Install Now → Activate. In Settings → Heloow, connect the website, approve the installation in the Heloow dashboard, check the connection and enable support.

Every plan includes: knowledge, queries to authorized data, MCP-assisted installation and use of your own AI key (BYOK), depending on the integration and configured permissions. On Free, visitors confirm tickets in the chat; on paid plans, your team can also turn conversations into tickets with a summary from the dashboard.
AI costs are separate: model usage is billed directly by your chosen provider and is not included in Heloow monthly fee. *Unlimited agents on Business are subject to fair use.
